Getting a project produced takes experience, connections, and tenacity. Entertainment Lab is an example of an independent studio with all three traits and knows how to best leverage them. Riveting River has been amazed to witness the dynamic work of Sean Dubravac as he shops our projects to some of the top names in the industry. Sean Dubravac, aka “the Mad Scientist,” is the co-founder of Entertainment Lab and is a terrific partner with enviable communication skills and always an encouraging word.

Sean Graduated from UCLA in International Development Studies. UCLA MFA Screenwriting Program Judge since 2018 and Scriptapalooza Screenwriting Contest Judge since 2020. He studied writing coverage for film and TV through UCLA Extension and coverage and story analysis at The Vienna University of Economics & Business in Austria. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for ImPOWER Youth, a non-profit focused on leadership development, financial literacy, and community building. Sean is fluent in Serbian, German, Russian, and English.

Entertainment Lab is a bicoastal talent management and production company, with locations in Beverly Hills, CA and Manhattan, NY. The company deals with all aspects of the storytelling process — from screenwriting to talent to production. It was formed by Matt Ilczuk and Sean Dubravac in 2011 in Hollywood, California, and is approved by SAG-AFTRA.

The company guides and develops the careers of established actors, writers, and directors in film, T.V., theater, commercial, print, and voiceover work. The roster includes Academy Award, Emmy Award, BAFTA, GLAAD, AFI, Sundance, SXSW, Kids’ Choice Award, and other festival and award contenders, nominees, and winners. Additionally, the company’s literary department collaborates with other production houses on the packaging and development of film and TV projects.
